Jeric Mendoza, managing director of J. Mendoza & Associates and an ICCRC & CAPIC member, always emphasizes that if one is willing to put his name on his company, he'll do everything to protect his name and his reputation.
Jeric, being an immigrant in Canada himself, has his heart in helping fellow immigrants of every nationality to find the best path to achieve their Canada immigration goals. Yes, he knows that your future is at stake here.
While some focus on filling out forms, J. Mendoza & Associates focuses on strategy and the legislation behind the forms. With the numerous ways to get into Canada, the fundamental question is which way is best? When a client signs a retainer agreement with us, he/she will be briefed why a particular immigration path is chosen to maximize chances of success.
J. Mendoza & Associates knows that being updated with what's going on with an application is the least an immigration consulting firm can do. Yet, not everybody does it.
J. Mendoza & Associates provides clients with application milestones, and update them when those milestones are met within same business day they're known.
Again, J. Mendoza & Associates knows that your future is at stake here. Thus, we direct our energies in the mastery of Canada's Immigration & Refugee Protection Act & Regulations, latest operational bulletins of Citizenship & Immigration Canada, visa officer operation manuals and various Canada Supreme Court immigration-related decisions.
Make no mistake about it: we're only as good as the client's case. We're not perfect, but we'll sure let you know how strong or weak your case is so you can have an informed decision.
