Our company has a dedicated team specializing in assisting Chinese clients to apply to become an international student in Canada. The International Student Division can help you do the following based on what you agree to do:
1. Select schools in Canada that are recognized by Canadian immigration;
2. Apply for a Letter of Acceptance from your chosen school;
3. Apply for study visa or study permit;
4. Search for a temporary place to stay upon arrival in Canada; and
5. Organize airport pickups (locations subject to availability).
Each applicant may require a different set of documents depending on client's situation. We prepare the full set of requirements ONLY when the client signs up to be our client. We cannot provide the list during the inquiry stage.
If you can't speak English, we may try to explore programs that don't require any language exam. If you plant to apply to become an international student, we may start having you apply for the English as a Second Language (ESL) course --- unless of course you can pass a language exam like IELTS. Bottomline, our job is to find options based on your situation.
Before you sign up with any agency, you will need to find our first if they're legal to do it.
According to the Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), only some people can charge a fee or receive any other type of payments to represent or advise you on a Canadian immigration proceeding or application. These are:
- immigration consultants who are members in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (like J. Mendoza & Associates);
- lawyers and paralegals who are members in good standing of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society;
- notaries who are members in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Quebec
As a licensed member of the Immigration Consultants if Canada Regulatory Council, we are barred to do refund in case of refusal. While it's unfortunate that non-ICCRC-licensed companies do so, we believe that most scams in the history of Canadian immigration consulting are promising 'refunds' because this is the easiest way for people to provide tons of money.
The immigration profession is similar to that of doctors or lawyers where they don;t do refunds even if a patient dies or the client loses the case and goes to jail.
